There will be Free Robotics Lego Workshops at the Thompson MMF Hall from August 18th to the 22nd for the Sphero RVR+ and August 25th to the 29th for Lego Spike Prime.
The courses are designed for youth ages 12 and up with a preference for Indigenous youth to assist in furthering education in STEM. The workshops offers a crash course in the fundamentals of computer programming using LEGO Spike Prime & Sphero RVR and will help develop essential skills such as creativity, critical thinking, collaboration and communication.
