Keewatin Tribal Council's 4th Annual Ice Fishing Derby takes place on Sunday, March 29th from Noon to 4pm at Paint Lake. There's over $50,000 dollars in prizes available with the top prize of $25,000 for the longest fish of any species.
There are special categories including: Youngest Angler, Mystery Length, First Fish Caught, Last Fish Caught and Eldest Angler. There's a 50-50 Draw and a Winner Takes All $20 Side Bet for the longest Walleye.
Registration takes place starting at 8am at Paint Lake. Advance tickets are $150 and $200 for day of registration. All tickets are final sale. For ticket sale locations, please call KTC Reception at 204-677-2341. Grab your rod and reel and have a great day fishing!
